This is the best sake I've ever tasted, but I can't remember the name exactly. Premium sake is a world apart from regular sake, where each sake has a ton of personality. This sake, called "beautiful," had remarkable fruitiness, mild complexity but an extremely clean finish. I could drink a lot of it. (2005-06-20)
